    • Towed in from Jersey Shore Laundromat, GEICO will pay for towing fee.
    • Verified no start. No signal power to starter. No power to relay. No power from ignition switch to start fuse. Switch is okay, no continuity from switch to fuse. Found security system is armed, not allowing car to start. Bypassed security system and got car started. The key fob was the likely cause of the issue. Key fob not working. Replaced batteries in key fob and got it working. All systems working now. Provided customer a remote start guide so if this ever happens again they can fix the issue.
