    • Removed and replaced all 4 TPMS Sensors and re-balanced 4 tires
    • COMPUTERIZED SPIN BALANCE ALL 4
    • TIRE PRESSURE MODULE – Remove & Replace – Module
    • No power to TPMS Module, fuse ok, power out of integrated fuse module ok, found rodent damage at harness going back. Power to TPMS module severed, 2 of the wires chewed about through. Repaired wires and relearned system. TPMS working now.

    • MOUNT AND BALANCE 4
    • Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel.

    • – Verified pulling issue and no heat. Felt slight vibration – Pulled tires and checked brake components. Major caliper issue on RF side. – Needs front brake pads, rotors, and calipers. Suggest the LF caliper as well because this can happen again on that side and ruin other new brake parts. – Vibration in seat could be due to brake issue or just due to all terrain tires. Will revisit after repairs are done – Needs Blend Door Actuator to fix heat. Blend door is not working
    • REPLACE WIPER BLADES
    • BRAKE PADS, ROTORS, CALIPERS – Remove & Replace – Front,Both Sides – [Includes: Clean, lube and/or replace Brake Hardware as necessary. Adjust Brakes (where applicable). Includes: Repack Wheel Bearings (where applicable). DOES NOT include refinishing.]
    • BRAKE HOSE – Remove & Replace – One – [Includes: Bleed Brake System.]
    • HVAC DOOR ACTUATOR – Remove & Replace – Heat/Defroster – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
