- Road test vehicle, confirm issue stated by customer, diagnose cause of issue presented, document & provide proper repairs that are needed, estimate repairs needed, estimate time it will take to complete repairs needed. – Blower motor resistor is burnt out and connector is bad as well. Both will need replaced. – Blower motor is probably okay but will have to confirm after repairs are made.
- Remove and Replace: Blower motor resistor and connector
- WIPER BLADES – Replace Driver's Side
